Core Responsibilities

The trainee will support the HR team with recruitment, payroll administration, and the execution of on-boarding and off-boarding processes. They will serve as the first point of contact for colleagues and assist in maintaining Hyatt standards and Dutch labor law compliance.

Requirements

Candidates must be currently enrolled in a Hospitality or HR-related study program and be fluent in both English and Dutch. Legal authorization to work in the Netherlands (EU/EEA passport or Dutch institution enrollment) is required.
