Introduction 40 hours per week Start date: ASAP Duration: 1 year assignment Candidates have to live in the Netherlands Key Responsibilities 1. 50-50-100 Project Delivery - Partner closely with Procurement and Finance stakeholders to ensure savings are accurately tracked, validated, and reflected in financial performance - Track and monitor the 50-50-100 project budget, ensuring spend remains aligned with approved plans and objectives - Drive and coordinate the delivery of all initiatives within the Value Tracking workstream, ensuring milestones, financial targets, and deliverables are achieved 2. Transformation & Transition Support - Support the successful delivery of the organization’s ongoing transformation agenda - Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support implementation, manage dependencies, and minimize operational disruption 3. Operational Support - Provide financial support to Procurement Teams in line with the responsibilities of the broader Procurement Finance team - Partner closely with existing team members on activities where responsibilities overlap, while maintaining clear segregation of duties and appropriate controls - Support analysis, reporting, processes, and stakeholder requests as required Requirements - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex data while maintaining a strategic, business-oriented perspective - Strong financial acumen, ideally with experience in procurement savings, cost optimization, financial tracking, and performance management - Experience supporting transformation, transition, or project management initiatives within a corporate environment - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at different levels and across functions - Strong proficiency in SAP and advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI - Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, international environment, collaborating across diverse teams, functions, and regions. - Highly adaptable and comfortable working in situations where priorities evolve and responsibilities may span multiple areas

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration with strong proficiency in SAP and Power BI. Experience in procurement savings, cost optimization, and corporate transformation initiatives is required.
