We are looking for a proactive Equipment Lifecycle Management (ELM) Specialist to join our Customer Excellence team at Applied Medical. In this newly created role, you will take ownership of the operational management of Applied Medical's energy platform equipment, including our Voyant technology. With approximately 4,000 generators deployed across the Europe region, you will serve as the central point of coordination for equipment administration, contracts, audits, lifecycle tracking, and reporting. Working closely with Territory Managers, Finance, Engineering, Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, and Warehouse teams, you will help ensure these assets are managed accurately, compliantly, and efficiently throughout their lifecycle. You will also identify opportunities to improve processes and create greater visibility, accountability, and control across the organization. The Equipment Lifecycle Management (ELM) Specialist is ideal for someone who enjoys building structure, working cross-functionally, and driving operational excellence in a growing and evolving environment. This role is based at European headquarters in Amersfoort (NL) and reports to the Team Leader - Field and Device Support Team (acting) . Within Applied Medical, the title of this position is Device Support Specialist. Key Responsibilities Own and coordinate the lifecycle management of customer-deployed energy platform equipment across the Europe region. Manage equipment-related administration, contracts, asset records, and reporting in collaboration with Territory Managers and internal stakeholders. Act as the primary point of coordination for equipment deployments, returns, maintenance activities, audits, and lifecycle-related requests. Analyze operational data and identify opportunities to improve asset visibility, process efficiency, compliance, and reporting. Build expertise in Applied Medical's energy platform technologies and associated business processes while ensuring adherence to company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. What You Bring Experience in operations, asset management, fleet management, contract administration, equipment coordination, technical support, pro ject management , order-to-cash processes, or a related environment . Experience supporting audits, compliance activities, reporting processes, or operational improvement initiatives. Experience working with ERP, CRM, reporting, or data analysis tools. Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken; additional European language skills, particularly German or Spanish are preferred. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data, observations, and operational challenges into practical process improvements. Qualifications The following qualifications are desirable, but not mandatory: Experience working in an international and cross-functional environment. Experience with asset lifecycle management, equipment tracking, maintenance coordination, or contract management. Experience within the medical device, healthcare, technology, manufacturing, or other regulated industry. Proven ability to build structure, improve processes, and drive change within a complex stakeholder environment. A proactive and assertive approach, with the confidence to challenge existing processes and influence improvements.
