From minor repairs to keeping the outdoor area tidy, you'll ensure everything works, is clean, and looks well-maintained. Whether it's checking installations, cleaning up litter, or reporting malfunctions, you'll create a safe and pleasant environment for both our guests and your colleagues. What's on our menu? In dit werk- en leerproces ontwikkelen de toekomstige Restaurant Managers Business Planning vaardigheden om een businessplan te ontwikkelen dat overeenstemt met de restaurantdoelstellingen. Die doelen zijn afgeleid van het algemene businessplan van McDonald’s: 'Plan to Win'. In de verschillende cursussen die ze doorlopen, leren deelnemers op een actieve manier verschillende managementvaardigheden te ontwikkelen. Zelfontplooiing gaat hand in hand met werkplezier. Een gemiddeld McDonald’s restaurant heeft een managementteam van 6 á 10 managers en 60 tot 120 medewerkers. Wij zoeken creatieve collega’s die het vermogen bezitten om hier leiding aan te geven en die sterk geïnteresseerd zijn in goed werkgeverschap, kwaliteit, voeding en duurzaamheid.
