Company Description This role is for a leading AI lab. Role Description We're partnering with a leading foundational AI lab to identify experienced Market Research & Insights Managers who can help train and improve its latest language model on real-world professional workflows involving documents, spreadsheets, and presentations. We're looking for professionals with 4+ years of experience in customer or user research, feedback synthesis, or product discovery. Selected experts will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated outputs across key research workflows, including: Market research methods Survey instrument design and analysis reports Analysis of findings Creation of presentation decks Qualifications 4+ years conducting customer or user research Hands-on experience in Market Research, including study design, data collection, and interpretation. Advanced Analytical Skills, including proficiency with spreadsheets, statistical tools, or data visualization software. Ability to generate actionable Business Insights and support strategic decision-making. Strong Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence skills to evaluate industry trends and competitor activities. Clear written and verbal communication skills, with excellent command of the English language. Pay rate: $60 to $100 per hour. Fully remote work. Location is not a constraint.

Core Responsibilities

The consultant will train and improve a language model by creating and refining AI-generated outputs for professional research workflows. Key tasks include designing survey instruments, analyzing findings, and creating presentation decks.

Requirements

Candidates must have over 4 years of experience in customer or user research and hands-on expertise in market research study design. Proficiency in analytical tools, spreadsheets, and strong English communication skills are required.
