Make an impact where engineering meets real-world performance As Intralox continues to expand its installed base across Europe, we are looking for a French-speaking Field Service Technician based in the Netherlands to join our expert service team. In this highly customer-facing role, you’ll travel across the EMEA region working hands-on at customer sites to ensure optimal performance of our industry-leading equipment, primarily spiral conveyor systems. Focus of the role is on our customers in France. This is a role for someone who is self-managed, enjoys solving complex technical challenges on-site, building trusted customer relationships, and playing a critical part in keeping operations running smoothly. What will you do? Deliver Life Cycle Support for installed equipment Conduct Life Cycle Assessments Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site Monitor equipment performance and identify improvements Perform maintenance and repairs Document service visits in reports and CRM systems Collaborate closely with Application Engineers and commercial teams to ensure aligned recommendations Support additional service activities as needed What do we offer? Strong mechanical background, ideally in processing or conveying equipment Hands-on, practical problem solver with solid technical skills Willing and able to travel frequently (>50%) across France and other EMEA countries Fluent in French and English (spoken and written) Self-managed, service-oriented, and a strong team player EOE/M/F/Vet/Disabled

Core Responsibilities

Deliver life cycle support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for spiral conveyor systems at customer sites across the EMEA region. Collaborate with application engineers and commercial teams to optimize equipment performance and document service visits.

Requirements

Requires a strong mechanical background and fluency in both French and English. Candidates must be willing to travel frequently (over 50%) across France and other EMEA countries.
