Starting 2020, TCL Electronics Europe will start to expand in new categories, like Major Domestics Appliances products. We are looking for a motivated HR & Admin Intern to join our HR team in Rotterdam. This internship offers hands-on experience in both Human Resources and office administration within a fast-pace international environnement. Job Duties: Human Resources Assist with the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates and hiring managers. Support the employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing employment-related documents, coordinating onboarding arrangements, and ensuring a smooth employee transition. Assist with attendance and leave administration, including maintaining accurate records of working hours, leave balances, and employee information. Provide support for daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with employment contract and visa-related documentation, and supporting other HR projects and initiatives as needed. Administration Support office administration and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office. Assist with office supply procurement and inventory management. Coordinate with the property management company regarding office-related matters. Support vendor communication and help maintain relationships with external suppliers and service providers. Assist with invoice processing and maintain accurate administrative records. Support the organization of internal meetings, employee activities, and company events. Candidate profile: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Communication Studies, Psychology, or another related field. Available for a minimum internship period of 6 months. Available to work 32–40 hours per week. Previous internship or practical experience in Human Resources, Administration, or a related field is a plus. Experience with HRIS systems or familiarity with HR digital tools is considered an advantage. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work effectively in an international environment. Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset. Fluent in English and Chinese, Dutch is a plus. Requirements

Candidates should be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field and be available for at least 6 months. Fluency in English and Chinese is required, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
