The role: From day one, you’ll work directly with the founders on: Commercial & tech due diligence for software, digital and tech-enabled businesses Growth strategy for PE-backed portfolio companies AI strategy definition and real-world use-case realization Cutting through noise to build sharp, decision-ready insights No hiding in the back. Core Responsibilities

The Engagement Manager will lead commercial and tech due diligence for software and tech-enabled businesses. They will also define AI strategies and growth plans for PE-backed portfolio companies.

Requirements

Requires 3-6 years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting, private equity, or tech strategy. Candidates must be based in the EU with valid work authorization and possess strong analytical skills.
