The role is part time and permanent, working 28.8 hours per week.We offer flexible working arrangements where the role allows. This role can be based at one of our sites or offices, at home, or worked on a hybrid pattern. You will be required to attend Kenilworth Castle on a frequent basis. You will also assist site teams with the management of external suppliers by planning site visits and annual schedules, processing invoices and monitoring contractor/supplier performance. Requirements

Candidates must have experience in administrative coordination, financial information management, and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential.
