As an engineer consultant, you will be involved in transformation projects at our clients. You will execute project assignments, including intelligent data structuring, data analysis, benchmarks, interviews, workshop animation, process mapping, functional specifications, etc. As fast as possible, you will take up team support roles. You will get the opportunity to contribute actively to our knowledge creation and exchange (workshops, publications, seminars,…) within the business units of the different industries we serve. Qualifications University Master Civil Engineering or Business Engineering 0 to 3 years’ experience as a consultant Outstanding collaborative team player and good communication skills Strong interest in Energy Analytical mind, exploring options and able to synthesize into conclusions Autonomous, dynamic, result oriented, rigorous and committed You have a strong interest in data and AI-related topics, the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas, and you’re excited about helping our clients seize the opportunities they offer. Languages: Dutch and English. If you also speak German fluently, that’s a great plus! Core Responsibilities

The role involves executing transformation projects for clients through data analysis, process mapping, and functional specifications. The engineer will also contribute to knowledge creation via workshops and publications within various industry business units.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Civil or Business Engineering with 0 to 3 years of consulting experience. Proficiency in Dutch and English is required, with a strong interest in Energy, Data, and AI.
