About the Company Royal Cosun is seeking an HRIS Analyst to join its new People & Procurement Shared Service Centre (SSC P&P) in Breda. About the Role In this role, you will manage and improve HR systems, with a strong focus on Workday, while connecting HR processes, data, technology, and business needs. You will support multiple Cosun Business Groups, help users with complex HRIS questions, maintain HR data quality, translate business requirements into system solutions, and identify opportunities to automate and improve HR processes. Responsibilities Manage, configure, and improve HR information systems, particularly Workday. Provide functional support for complex HR system questions and user issues. Monitor and maintain HR data quality, consistency, and availability. Translate business and HR requirements into practical system solutions. Configure and maintain workflows, authorizations, and system processes. Test new Workday functionality, releases, and system changes. Support controlled implementation of new releases and functionalities. Identify process inefficiencies and opportunities for automation. Improve HR workflows to reduce manual work and increase efficiency. Support reliable HR reporting and the foundation for people analytics. Collaborate with HR teams, key users, IT, the Centre of Excellence, analytics teams, Business Groups, and external system providers. Document and communicate technical and functional information clearly to users and stakeholders. Proactively identify system and process improvements and drive solutions. Qualifications Completed HBO or WO degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Management, or a comparable field. Required Skills Relevant experience in HRIS, HR systems, or HR Technology. Experience configuring and managing HR systems. Knowledge of workflows, authorizations, system testing, and release management. Strong analytical and data-driven approach. Affinity with HR data, reporting, and people analytics. Ability to investigate technical and functional HR system issues. Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex information clearly. Ability to collaborate effectively with HR, IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors. Accurate, solution-oriented, and service-oriented working style. Preferred Skills Experience with Workday. Experience working in a Shared Service Centre. Experience in an international organization. Experience supporting multiple business groups or stakeholders. Experience with HR process automation and continuous improvement.
