🚀 We’re hiring: Junior Warehouse Operations Coordinator – Supply Chain 📍 Schiphol Area, Netherlands 📄 1-year fixed-term contract 💰 Salary: To be defined Are you a recent graduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field? Are you looking for your first opportunity to develop your career in warehouse operations, inventory management and process improvement? We are looking for a motivated and analytical Junior Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our warehouse team in Newrest Amsterdam (Schiphol area). What will you do? Working closely with the Warehouse Manager and the warehouse team, you will contribute to the efficiency and continuous improvement of our operations. Your main responsibilities will include: • Optimizing existing order processing and preparation processes • Analyzing and optimizing inventory levels • Monitoring and controlling inbound and outbound stock processes • Participating in inventory counts and stock accuracy activities • Coordinating daily activities with forklift operators and warehouse staff • Working closely with the Warehouse Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency What are we looking for? 🎓 A recent graduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline 📊 An analytical mindset and an interest in process optimization and inventory management 🤝 A proactive and hands-on approach, with the ability to work with both operational teams and management 💡 Someone who enjoys identifying problems, finding solutions and improving the way things work 🌍 Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus You don't need years of experience. We are looking for potential, curiosity and a willingness to learn.
