Account Manager | German Speaking (must) Certags | Haarlem, Netherlands (On-site) €45,000 - €70,000 (depending on seniority) + uncapped commission | Haarlem As Account Manager for the German market at Certags, you own the full sales cycle for one of the fastest-growing segments in industrial identification and inspection. You manage and grow an existing client base while turning new enquiries into long-term accounts. This is a role for someone who thrives on relationships, not just targets. The majority of this role is follow up on inbound leads for the German market. Key Responsibilities Client relationship management (50%): Build and maintain strong relationships with existing German-market clients, ensuring consistently high satisfaction. Follow up on inbound enquiries New business & sales cycle ownership (15%): Run the full cycle from first enquiry to close, including introductory calls that qualify needs and open with a free, industry-specific sample pack. Order processing & delivery coordination (15%): Process customer orders and liaise with internal teams for a smooth journey from enquiry to delivery. CRM & pipeline management (10%): Keep accurate records of all contacts, activity and pipeline data. Cross-team collaboration (10%): Work closely with marketing, customer support and operations to deliver one joined-up customer experience.
