The successful candidate will combine strong software engineering skills with hands-on experience in AI, Generative AI, RAG, Agentic AI, and Model Context Protocol (MCP). You will contribute to the development of modern, AI-enabled applications and services running on Azure Cloud. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java and Kotlin. Apply advanced Java concepts and modern software engineering practices. Develop and integrate cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure. Design and implement AI and Generative AI capabilities within applications. Work with ChatGPT and Large Language Model (LLM) technologies. Develop and integrate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions. Design and implement Agentic AI workflows and intelligent agents. Work with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and related AI integration patterns. Integrate AI services and models into existing applications and enterprise systems. Build APIs and backend services to support AI-enabled applications. Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Troubleshoot, test, optimise, and maintain applications and AI components. Follow secure, scalable, and maintainable development practices. Essential Requirements 4–6 years of professional software development experience. Strong hands-on experience with Java and/or Kotlin. Strong understanding of advanced Java concepts. Experience developing applications in Azure Cloud. Practical experience with AI and Generative AI technologies. Experience working with ChatGPT or LLM-based solutions. Knowledge or hands-on experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation). Experience with Agentic AI concepts and implementations. Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol). Strong software development and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative engineering environment.
