Join our Air Logistics Key Account team on a one‑year contract with the prospect of permanent employment and help ensure smooth, accurate export flows for top high tech companies in the Netherlands. You’ll be part of a supportive, skilled team where you can develop your expertise and make a real impact. How you create impact Prepare transport instructions and coordinate import shipments, including required documentation Collaborate with the Customs team to ensure compliant and timely processes Serve as the main point of contact for the client Process and organize shipment data and files, verifying documents from external partners Maintain accurate information in internal systems to support operational visibility Proactively monitor shipment progress and key milestones, and follow up on exceptions or potential delays to support timely resolution Coordinate with relevant internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth end-to-end shipment execution Monitor agreed operational KPIs and data quality, and take appropriate follow-up actions where required What we would like you to bring Vocational qualification or relevant experience in freight forwarding, preferably within Air Logistics Strong customer focus with a hands‑on, problem‑solving mindset Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively across cultures Good working knowledge of MS Office Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus Willingness to work in shifts What's in it for you Competitive salary with commuting & holiday allowance Predictable working hours with the flexibility to work from home 2 days per week Good pension scheme One‑year contract with prospect of permanent employment Development opportunities via our internal learning platform Free employee parking and good public transport connections Who we are Logistics shapes everyday life - from the goods we consume to the healthcare we rely on. Core Responsibilities

You will coordinate import shipments, prepare transport instructions, and serve as the primary point of contact for high-tech clients. Additionally, you will monitor shipment progress, ensure customs compliance, and maintain accurate data in internal systems.

Requirements

Candidates should have a vocational qualification or relevant experience in freight forwarding, preferably within air logistics. Strong customer focus, proficiency in MS Office, and fluency in English are required.
