Job Description For one of our clients, we are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile teams in a complex and dynamic environment. You will play an important role in facilitating effective collaboration, improving ways of working and helping teams deliver value consistently. Your responsibilities: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Reviews and Retrospectives. Coach teams in Agile principles, Scrum and continuous improvement. Identify and remove impediments that affect team delivery. Work closely with Product Owners, Developers and other stakeholders. Support teams in improving collaboration, transparency and delivery processes. Help create an environment where teams can work autonomously and effectively. Identify dependencies, risks and opportunities for improvement. Contribute to the wider Agile transformation and ways of working. Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach. Relevant higher education or equivalent professional experience. Excellent Dutch and English communication skills. Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies. Experience working with software development and/or technology teams. Strong facilitation and stakeholder-management skills. Comfortable working in complex organisational environments. Experience with Jira, Confluence and/or Azure DevOps. Experience with SAFe, Kanban or other Agile frameworks is a plus. Core Responsibilities

The Scrum Master will facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach teams in Agile principles to ensure effective collaboration and delivery. They will also identify and remove impediments while working closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to improve processes.

Requirements

Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach and possess excellent Dutch and English communication skills. Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps are required.
