Über das Unternehmen LocationWaldems, Hesse, Germany (Remote) Über die Rolle Role OverviewWe are looking for a Data Engineer BI to transform complex data into actionable business insights and build scalable, user-friendly Business Intelligence solutions. You will own the full lifecycle of Power BI dashboards, work closely with business stakeholders, and develop semantic data models with a focus on data quality, governance, security, and performance. Verantwortlichkeiten ResponsibilitiesOwn the complete lifecycle of Power BI dashboards, from initial concept and prototyping through go-live. Gather and analyze business requirements, define use cases and KPIs, conduct workshops, and advise stakeholders on prioritization and implementation. Design and maintain scalable semantic data models, including Star Schema, KPI layers, dimensions, and facts. Collaborate with backend and Microsoft Fabric teams on data architecture and modeling. Ensure data quality, governance, security, validation, documentation, rollout, and versioning. Implement and manage RLS/OLS and Sensitivity Labels. Analyze marketing, sales, and market data to identify relationships and growth opportunities. Develop BI strategies and communicate insights clearly to different audiences, including management. Qualifikationen Required QualificationsCompleted Master’s degree, preferably in Data Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field. Erforderliche Fähigkeiten 4–5 years of experience developing Power BI frontend solutions in B2B/Enterprise environments. Excellent expertise in Power BI, DAX, Power Query M, and semantic data modeling. Strong knowledge of Star Schema, dimensions, and facts. Proven experience in stakeholder management, consulting, and requirements engineering. Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable BI solutions. Structured, precise, responsible, and solution-oriented working style. Strong teamwork, communication, feedback, and risk-management skills. High learning ability and technology affinity, particularly within the Microsoft Fabric environment. Fluent German and English at minimum C1 level. Requirements
