Create your own future You will be working in a multidisciplinary DevOps team building the next-generation analytics platform for our investment management business. We integrate AI solutions into our platform for investment research; we are custodians of large sets of ESG data using modern data engineering tools and we create user friendly interfaces that enable analysts and portfolio managers to stay in control of their data and the analytics they perform on top of it. The team consists of data engineers and collaborates closely with our AI teams and other analytics-supporting DevOps team. Your software engineering perspective will help us improve APIs, end-user AI-infused apps, and quality control. As a team and individual, you work closely with the business to make sure you understand their use cases well and provide them with the tooling they need to progress. Each member of the team is involved with slicing product challenges, gathering requirements, designing solutions, making architectural decisions, and engaging with stakeholders. Given the high stakes of our business, we place great importance on the quality and safety of our software and data, ensuring our applications run smoothly with minimal errors or potential impacts from mistakes. Core Responsibilities

Requirements

Candidates must have at least 4 years of recent Python software development experience and a solid understanding of Git and SQL. Proficiency in cloud deployments (Azure), API design, and automated testing is required, along with a collaborative, user-focused mindset.
