About The Job You will join the Global Quality team working closely with the Culture of Quality and Quality Communication Manager with the main objective to coordinate a stronger Culture of Quality by means of Quality Communication and engagement of all people at Danone. Your Main Responsibilities Include Co-develop and execute global Quality communication initiatives, including creating communication materials and engagement activities for World Quality Week, while supporting local teams in leveraging available assets and content. Lead the organization of the annual Global Quality Awards, coordinating the end-to-end process from participant engagement and selection management to the awards ceremony, in collaboration with global, regional, local teams, and external partners. Drive innovative awareness campaigns at Danone Headquarters, identifying creative and engaging ways to strengthen visibility and understanding of Quality across the organization. Support the development of Danone's 2027 Quality communication strategy and contribute to ongoing communication initiatives aimed at building a strong Quality culture and increasing employee awareness worldwide. About you As a QFS Communications Intern, creating engaging communication content and connecting with stakeholders across a global organization will be second nature to you. You can develop compelling communication materials, create graphic and video content using tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, and video editing platforms, and have a strong interest in corporate communications and Quality topics. On top of that, you're a creative and people-oriented individual who enjoys building relationships, isn't afraid to reach out to others, and is always looking for opportunities to learn and develop. Key Requirements Enrolled as a Bachelor's or Master's in Communication science or Corporate Communications, or any related field. Student for the entire duration of the internship. An open, proactive, and collaborative mindset, with the confidence to connect with a wide range of stakeholders in an international environment. Strong interest in corporate communications, content creation, graphic design, and Quality-related topics. Comfortable using PowerPoint, Canva, and video creation tools such as Premiere Pro or Clipchamp. Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Able to work from our Hoofddorp office at least 3 days per week. For non-EU citizens, your university must sign a three-party agreement with Danone. Resident of the Netherlands with a valid BSN number. Non-EU citizens must have a valid Dutch residency permit. Available to start in October 2026 for a minimum of 6 months, 5 days per week. Core Responsibilities

Requirements
