Join the Reporting & Insights team within the Control & Analytics department at Rituals Head Office in Amsterdam, starting February 2027 for 6 months, 40 hours a week. Over the coming years, Rituals is transforming the way data is managed and used across the organisation. One of the bigger initiatives is the migration of our FP&A reporting landscape to a new enterprise data platform. This is much more than a technical migration. It is an opportunity to rethink how we report, analyse, and support decision-making. As an intern, you will help us explore new ways of working with data, reporting, dashboards, and AI. You will work alongside experienced BI professionals and business stakeholders to help shape the next generation of reporting at Rituals. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business intelligence, analytics, and innovation while contributing to a transformation that impacts teams across the company. PURPOSE OF THE INTERNSHIP Skills As an intern, you will support the transformation of the FP&A reporting landscape while learning how modern analytics teams operate. Depending on your interests and skills, you will contribute to a variety of initiatives, including: Exploring how AI can improve reporting, analysis, and business decision-making. Supporting the migration of reports and dashboards to our new enterprise data platform. Helping redesign existing reports and dashboards to make them more intuitive, impactful, and future-proof. Investigating opportunities to simplify reporting processes and reduce manual work.Working with stakeholders to understand business questions and translate them into reporting solutions. Validating data and testing reports to ensure accuracy and reliability. Analysing data trends and identifying opportunities for new KPIs, insights, and self-service capabilities. Contributing to innovation projects involving Power BI, AI, automation, and modern analytics tools. No two weeks will be the same. You may be analysing data one day, designing a reporting concept the next, and exploring an AI use case with colleagues later that week. You'll gain exposure to both business and technical aspects of analytics while helping shape a transformation that will impact users around the world. Bring all of you Please note we can only accept applications from candidates who are actively enrolled in their study for the full duration of their internship. You are currently enrolled in an HBO/University study with a focus on Business Analytics, Data Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. You are available for at least 6 months, minimum 4 days a week. You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and enjoy working with data. You have experience with Excel; knowledge of Power BI, AI, SQL, or similar tools is a strong plus. You are precise, detail-oriented, and able to communicate insights clearly. You have good stakeholder management and collaboration skills. You are fluent in English, both spoken and written. In your field you want to be the best in class. Requirements

Candidates must be currently enrolled in an HBO or University program in a relevant field such as Business Analytics, Data Science, or Finance. You should possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and a proactive attitude toward learning modern analytics tools.
