As part of the international SCHOTTEL Group, we are seeking an experienced and driven Branch Manager to lead SCHOTTEL Nederland B.V. The ideal candidate combines strong technical or commercial expertise with excellent leadership capabilities to drive both sales and service operations. We Offer A key leadership position with a high level of entrepreneurial responsibility Significant scope for shaping and developing the business An international working environment with short decision-making paths Attractive compensation and benefits package with long-term career perspective within a stable and successful group Your Key Responsibilities Include Overall management of SCHOTTEL Nederlands BV with approximately 30 employees Full responsibility for achieving the strategic and operational targets, including utilization, cost efficiency and overall profitability Leading, developing, and motivating well-established teams through strong strategic and hands-on leadership Managing and developing customer relationships and customer processes in line with corporate guidelines and in close coordination with the board Ensuring efficient, goal-oriented, and cost-effective operational processes while complying with industry standards and corporate policies Planning and implementing local marketing and sales initiatives, such as customer events Ensure alignment with the company’s global strategy and collaborate closely with other international subsidiaries Report directly to the Headquarters in Germany Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability and continuous improvement Your Profile Successfully completed a technical degree in Engineering or a commercial degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification Several years of professional experience in a senior management role, e.g. Branch Manager, Sales Director or Site Manager In-depth knowledge of the maritime industry, including markets, suppliers and customers Proven experience in people management as well as strong knowledge of controlling instruments and P&L responsibility Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop employees Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional and approachable manner when dealing with employees, customers and suppliers Fluent in English (required) Dutch language skills preferred Strong communication and negotiation skill Ability to work effectively in an international and intercultural environment Strategic thinker with hands‑on mentality A BOOST FOR CAREERS | SCHOTTEL.DE Have we sparked your interest? Requirements

Candidates must hold a technical degree in Engineering or a commercial degree in Business Administration. Several years of senior management experience in the maritime industry and fluency in English are required.
