We are looking for an International Distributor Operations Specialist to join our international team. In this role, you will help keep our commercial operations running smoothly by supporting international distributors, maintaining accurate customer and product data, and coordinating critical operational processes across multiple teams. Location: This role is based in the Netherlands and offers a hybrid working arrangement. The successful candidate should be willing and able to travel regularly to our distribution site in Weert, Netherlands, as well as to other international locations as required to support business needs. You will act as a key connection between our international distributor partners and colleagues across Customer Care, Finance, Quality, Supply Chain and Accounting. Your work will contribute to accurate reporting, timely communication, and a consistently high level of operational support that helps Tandem deliver an exceptional experience to customers around the world. You'll work across cultures, functions, and geographies, helping to ensure our systems, data, and operational processes remain reliable and effective. A DAY IN THE LIFE: In this role, you will: Support international distributors with access to and use of the International Distributor Portal (IDP), including account creation, access management, training, and compliance tracking. Manage distributor enquiries received through the International Tech Support mailbox, ensuring accurate and timely responses. Distribute, collect, and process sales tracing reports from international distributor partners. Complete monthly sales tracing uploads into the CRM system to maintain accurate device warranty records. Investigate and resolve sales tracing discrepancies in collaboration with distributors, Finance, and internal stakeholders. Support warranty management processes and ensure CRM data remains accurate and up to date. Maintain the RMA tracker in partnership with Supply Chain and international distributors. Coordinate return material authorisation activities, including return labels and documentation. Review RMA packing lists and verify that replacement device serial numbers are correctly recorded. Partner with internal teams and distributor partners to resolve data inconsistencies and maintain system accuracy. Upload and quality check sales tracing, warranty, and product placement information within CRM. Investigate data issues and ensure records are complete, accurate, and reliable. Maintain records of cross-border product transfers and update relevant systems accordingly. Collaborate with Accounting, Customer Care, Finance, Quality, Supply Chain, and GPMS teams to reconcile reports and resolve operational challenges. Act as an operational point of contact for warranty and product placement enquiries. Support the enhancement of distributor reporting and reconciliation processes. Deliver accurate and timely operational reports to internal stakeholders. Manage multiple priorities independently while demonstrating sound judgement and a solutions-focused approach. Communicate effectively with colleagues and partners from diverse cultural and geographic backgrounds. EXTRA AWESOME: You will be well positioned to succeed if you bring: A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience. At least 3 years of experience in customer service, commercial operations, sales support, or a related environment. Experience supporting and training customers or business partners across different organisational levels. Previous experience in order processing, operational administration, or distributor support. Strong CRM knowledge and confidence maintaining high-quality data. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams. Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail. The ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision. Strong written and verbal communication skills. A collaborative, customer-focused, and culturally sensitive approach. Experience working in a MedTech, medical device, healthcare, or highly regulated environment is advantageous. Experience supporting international distributors is highly desirable. Fluency in an additional language is a plus.
