Cyber Risk & Resilience: (Senior) Analyst We have a new and exciting Senior Analyst role available within our Cyber Security division in Utrecht. Responsibilities Cyber Security Consultancy Support consultants across a broad range of information security disciplines, including: Assessing cyber security controls across people, process and technology Framework assessments and security improvement planning Cyber regulations, governance and compliance Incident Response, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Security Training and Simulation Exercising Threat Intelligence Project Management Support The Management Of Projects, Including: Managing client engagement, communication and project planning activities Supporting, and where appropriate leading, client workshops and information gathering Supporting technical and governance focussed implementation plans Working with internal client project teams, subcontractors and partners Understanding and using the full range of S-RM’s people and expertise Client Engagement, Account Management and Business Development Our delivery team is at the heart of our business development activities. You will: Support engagement with clients to understand their cyber security challenges Innovate solutions and support the creation and pitching of cyber security engagements Required: Skills and Experience Knowledge of in information security, cyber roles and / or technical domains Excellent presentational skills, written work and attention to detail Permission to work in the Netherlands Fluent in Dutch Preferred: European languages as a strong preference, particularly German or French Demonstrable knowledge of: Cyber Security frameworks, standards and regulations Information security principles, tools, technologies and techniques Technical cyber knowledge, including: Cloud Security Identity and Access Management Software development lifecycle Operational Technology Our benefits From Day 1: We offer thoughtful, balanced rewards and support to help our people do their best work and live their lives outside it, this includes but is not exhaustive of: Holiday – 25 days per year increasing to 30 days (+1 day for every year you worked at S-RM, up to a maximum of 5 days) in addition to public holidays Monthly contribution towards your private medical insurance policy Private pension scheme: 14% pension contribution in total: 7% from you, and 7% from the Company Life insurance – 48 x monthly salary capped at €500.000 Long-term incapacity cover (WGA-Gap and WIA -Excess) – topping up monthly payments you receive from the government, such preventing a potential shortfall in your income EAP (Employee Assistance Programme) for you and your immediate family, including counselling sessions Free access to the world-famous mindfulness app Headspace Seasonal flu vaccination Eye tests and glasses reimbursement up to certain cost on an annual basis Tax-free gym membership of up to €45.00 per month, with an additional €5.00 monthly contribution from S-RM towards your subscription After 1 year of employment, you can purchase a tax-free bike, saving up to 40% on a bike worth up to €1,500 through salary deductions. Mobility benefit – company car or fully-paid NS train card and monthly mobility allowance, depending on the role Extensive training available Formalised Recognition programme Hybrid working and flexible working hours Fertility treatment leave – 5 days of leave per cycle of treatment per year At a Later Stage: Company Maternity leave – 26 weeks of full pay followed by 13 weeks of half pay (after 1 year at the company on the “qualifying week” = 15 weeks before a due date) Company Paternity leave – 6 weeks of full pay (after 1 year at the company on the “qualifying week” = 15 weeks before a due date) The role will be based in our Netherlands office. Core Responsibilities

The Senior Analyst will support consultants across various information security disciplines, including framework assessments, incident response, and security training. They will also manage client engagements, lead workshops, and contribute to business development activities.

Requirements

Candidates must have knowledge of information security domains, excellent communication skills, and fluency in Dutch. Permission to work in the Netherlands is mandatory, with preference given to those with additional European language skills.
