Job Description Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and dynamic SAP EMEA Regional Leader to drive the strategic growth and operational excellence of our SAP practice across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This role is responsible for leading a team, expanding market share, and ensuring successful delivery of SAP solutions to our clients in the region. Job Responsibilities Develop and execute the regional SAP business strategy, aligning with global objectives and market opportunities. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of SAP professionals across various countries. Drive revenue growth and profitability for the SAP practice in EMEA through new business acquisition and expansion of existing accounts. Oversee the successful delivery of complex SAP implementation, upgrade, and support projects, ensuring client satisfaction and project profitability. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and SAP representatives in the EMEA region. Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging SAP technologies to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly. Manage regional budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation effectively. Represent Hitachi Digital Services at industry events, conferences, and customer forums. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards. Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP consulting and implementation, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing regional teams and P&L. Proven track record of success in driving significant revenue growth and market share within the SAP ecosystem in EMEA. Deep understanding of various SAP modules (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC, CRM, SRM, BI) and industry best practices. Strong leadership, people management, and team-building skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships at all levels. Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and results-oriented approach. Ability to travel extensively across the EMEA region as required. About Us We're a global, team of innovators.
