We are looking for: Project/Factory DMO Champion 40 hours per week) As Project DMO Champion you have the following responsibilities: Drive the implementation and successful adoption of DMO/MES solutions, paperless applications and other factory digitalization initiatives; Coordinate digitalization projects with Production, Engineering, Automation, IT, external partners and regional experts to ensure timely delivery and alignment with factory priorities; Collect, challenge and translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions that support operational excellence across manufacturing processes; Support and coordinate testing, deployment, stabilization and continuous improvement activities for digital manufacturing solutions; Build and develop the local Super User network by providing training, guidance and capability development to ensure sustainable use of digital tools; Act as the factory focal point for DMO-related topics, ensuring compliance with Nestlé standards, IS/IT requirements and cybersecurity guidelines. As Project DMO Champion you report to the SAP Project Manager and you are part of the Nestlé Health Science Factory organization. What are we looking for in our Project / Factory DMO Champion? Bachelor's or master’s degree in engineering, Automation, IT, Manufacturing, Quality Management or a related field; Minimum 5 years of experience in MES/DMO, digital manufacturing, factory systems, automation or IT/business project delivery; Strong understanding of manufacturing, quality, logistics and end-to-end factory execution processes; Demonstrated project management experience, including planning, implementation, testing, go-live and change management activities; Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and organizational levels; Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. The final offer can vary based on candidate`s profile. A full-time position (39 hours per week); Salary starting from € 5.008,- gross per month based on a full-time contract. Depending on experience, skills and qualifications. Core Responsibilities

The Project DMO Champion drives the implementation and adoption of digital manufacturing solutions and paperless applications within the factory. They coordinate digitalization projects across departments and act as the primary focal point for DMO-related topics and compliance.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, IT, or a related field and possess at least 5 years of experience in digital manufacturing or factory systems. Strong project management skills and fluency in both Dutch and English are required.
