This role provides key support to the Senior HR Manager, with a focus on employee relations across Europe and the effective management of payroll processes. This is a high-impact, varied role at an exciting moment for our team. We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, who can build credibility and develop relationships quickly, and brings a willingness to get things done. In return, we offer a genuinely collaborative team spirit, where every day flexibility is supported, but high standards and the willingness to go the extra mile is asked in return.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven hands-on experience in a broad HR generalist or HR management role

  • A strong employee relations background, with the confidence to advise and manage cases independently and an understanding of European employment considerations

  • Experience managing payroll, ideally across multiple countries

  • Strong organisational skills with a capability to juggle multiple priorities and to work independently

  • Comfort with change, ambiguity, and being part a function that is actively evolving

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and motivation to build relationships

  • Experience managing or mentoring others within an HR or payroll function

  • Strong verbal and written English language skills, additional European languages a benefit

Requirements

Candidates must have proven hands-on experience in a broad HR generalist or management role with a strong background in employee relations. Proficiency in managing payroll across multiple countries and excellent English communication skills are essential.

Benefits

  • Flexible working hours
  • Collaborative team environment
