Job Description
Als OperatorCNC profielslijper werk je in een team van 3 directe collega’s binnen een unit van in totaal 20 vakmensen. Je laadt het juiste programma en kiest daarbij de juiste slijpsteen. Indien nodig pas je parameters aan om de machine nauwkeurig bij de sturen.
Onze producten, toolholders, worden tot op een aantal honderdsten van een millimeter geslepen.
Je voert eerstelijns onderhoud uit en je houdt de machine in optimale staat. Een veelzijdige functie waarbij samenwerken, nauwkeurigheid en zelfstandigheid belangrijk is. Je werkt in een 2-ploegendienst.
Afgeronde MBO 3 opleiding richting metaal of techniek
Affiniteit met techniek, metaal en automatisering
Je werkt graag in teamverband
Je kunt een technische tekening lezen
Je bent nauwkeurig en kwaliteit staat bij jou hoog in het vaandel
Je bent bereid in een 2-ploegendienst te werken
Core Responsibilities
You will operate CNC profile grinding machines to produce toolholders with high precision. Responsibilities include loading programs, selecting grinding stones, adjusting parameters, and performing first-line machine maintenance.
Requirements
Candidates must have an MBO 3 level education in metalworking or technology and the ability to read technical drawings. You should be comfortable working in a 2-shift system and possess a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
