To further support our growing campus in Venray, we are looking for a senior Operations Manager
You will be responsible for the overall daily operational performance of 3 warehouses operating for fashion customer. Reporting to the Site Manager, you lead two Warehouse Managers, Team Leaders and approximately 400 employees. Automation and digitalization play an increasingly important role in the operation.

How you’ll make an impact
• Lead and drive the operation from the front, ensuring compliance, performance, and the delivery of a world-class service to our customer.
• Demonstrate a strong customer focus and develop a successful collaboration with the customer
• Measure and review operational performance against company and customer KPI’s and implement appropriate actions to seek continuous improvement.

• Plan, supervise and coordinate the warehouses operation, including weekly workload, estabishing priorities to achieve the set goals
• Provide training and assessments to teams. Performance evaluations
• Coordinate Warehouse Manager teams and guarantee the necessary resources for the Warehouse Managers
• Design and implement strategic yearly planning
What you’ll bring to GXO
• Bachelor’s degree/HBO in related fields
• Min 3 years of experience in Logistics/warehouse knowledge (Operations Manager) in automated logistics / distribution centres / warehouse / stockrooms, preferably within fashion retail customers
• Experience working with WMS
• Strong communication skills English. Dutch and Polish is a big plus
• Result-oriented, persevering, decisive, stress-resistant

Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree and possess at least 3 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations, preferably within fashion retail. Proficiency in WMS and strong communication skills in English are required, with Dutch and Polish language skills considered a significant advantage.
