Job Purpose and Impact
The Admin Inbound Team supports the daily operational and administrative activities within the Inbound Team. The role provides broad exposure to the various disciplines within the inbound organization, including the Products Desk, Beans Desk, and Warehousing. By developing operational knowledge, system expertise, and stakeholder management skills, this position serves as a development pathway toward a Professional role within one of these functional areas.
Key Accountabilities
Products Desk Support
• Support the administrative processing of product-related transactions.
• Process, verify, and follow up on operational data and documentation.
• Assist with reporting and analysis.
• Identify discrepancies and follow up on outstanding actions.
Beans Desk Support
• Support the administrative handling of inbound bean flows.
• Process and verify inventory and transaction data.
• Assist with reconciliations and data validation activities.
• Follow up on inquiries from internal stakeholders and external parties.
Warehousing Support
• Support the processing of warehouse reports.
• Verify inventory movements and administrative accuracy.
• Assist with inventory checks and corrections.
• Support communication with warehouse keepers and logistics partners.
Process Support
• Ensure accurate, timely, and complete processing of administrative activities.
• Actively contributes to improving data quality and process accuracy.
• Support operational analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify deviations, risks, and improvement opportunities within supply chain processes.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Good command of the English language, both written and spoken
Preferred Qualifications
- MBO+/bachelor’s level working and thinking ability.
- Affinity with supply chain, logistics, and administrative processes.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Analytical mindset and ability to process and interpret data.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good proficiency in Excel and operational systems.
- Fluency in the local language would be a plus
