In this role, you will lead kit assembly operations, drive continuous improvement, and ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance while developing and empowering a talented team.
What You Will Do
- Lead daily kit assembly operations to achieve service, quality, productivity, and inventory accuracy targets.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality requirements, and internal operating procedures.
- Monitor and drive key performance indicators, including fill rate, on-time and in-full delivery, inventory accuracy, and operational productivity.
- Partner with operational leadership to develop, maintain, and improve kit assembly standard operating procedures within a regulated environment.
- Optimise layouts, storage solutions, and workflows to support business growth, new product introductions, and operational changes.
- Train and develop team members to maintain a safe, compliant, and efficient kit assembly operation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including workplace organisation and process efficiency programmes, to enhance customer satisfaction and operational performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver an efficient, cost-effective supply chain and resolve customer feedback promptly and effectively.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or operations.
- Minimum 2 years of people management experience.
- Experience with warehouse operations, capacity planning, and warehouse optimisation.
- Fluent English language proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
- Training or certification in Lean methodologies.
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems, preferably Oracle.
- Experience within the Medical Devices, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or other regulated industries.
- Familiarity with ISO 13485 or comparable quality management systems.
Netherlands Pay Ranges:
- Netherlands: €42.000 - €78.000 EUR Annual
