About this Position
As the leader of Global Operations & Supply Chain Strategy & PMO, you will shape and drive Henkel’s 2030 transformation agenda across our global Operations, Supply Chain and Procurement organization. You will lead a team of Strategy & PMO professionals, partner closely with the Global Leadership Team, and drive high-impact transformations from strategy through execution and measurable value creation.
What you´ll do
- Lead Global Operations & Supply Chain Strategy & PMO, managing a team of 6+ Strategy/PMO leaders and translating our 2030 ambition into an executable transformation agenda.
- Own selected high-impact transformations end-to-end from problem definition and business case through implementation and value realization, across 100+ sites, 10,000+ employees and 100,000+ customers.
- Orchestrate the global transformation portfolio, ensuring priorities, resources, interdependencies and risks are actively managed and escalated.
- Identify new value-creation opportunities across Operations, Supply Chain and Procurement through internal performance insights and outside-in benchmarks.
- Shape operating models and organizational transformations, including organization design, governance, capabilities, processes and change management.
- Drive the strategic management cycle including Leadership Team workshops, strategy reviews and selected global communications.
- Act as a strategic sparring partner to the Global Leadership Team, facilitating global meetings, keeping drum beats and developing fact-based recommendations to enable executive decisions.
- Build a culture of ownership, pace and impact within Strategy & PMO, moving seamlessly between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
What makes you a good fit
- 10+ years of experience across strategy, transformation and/or Operations & Supply Chain, ideally combining management consulting with leadership experience in a multinational corporate environment.
- Proven ability to move from strategy to execution and measurable value creation; experience autonomously leading complex, global transformations is essential.
- Strong analytical judgment with the ability to quickly identify problems and solutions to drive impact.
- Exceptional executive communication, with the ability to turn complex analysis into simple, compelling narratives and decision-oriented recommendations.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ownership, comfortable creating structure from ambiguity, challenging the status quo and personally driving topics to closure.
- Credibility with senior executives and demonstrated ability to challenge, influence and align stakeholders without formal authority.
- Strong people leader able to develop high-performing professionals.
- Master's degree in Engineering, Business or related discipline preferred; fluent English essential.
