We’re looking for a passionate Flutter Developer (mid level) to join our team in Amsterdam. What you’ll be working on
As a Mobile Developer, you’ll work with talented engineers and designers to build secure, high-quality apps for a wide range of clients. You’ll develop advanced features, champion agile and test-driven development and continuously explore new technologies to improve app performance. Our projects span diverse industries, from online banking and insurance to consumer loyalty, navigation and more.
- Build high-performance, scalable apps using Flutter and native technologies (Swift/iOS and Kotlin/Android).
- Take full ownership of features, from architecture through to release.
- Work closely with designers, product owners, and back-end teams to create seamless experiences.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and explore new mobile technologies.
- Improve performance and ensure apps run smoothly and efficiently.
- Work in an agile, collaborative environment with a high degree of autonomy.
- Actively contribute to shaping the backlog, as we believe the development team should influence what comes next.
What you’ll bring to the team

- Proven experience in mobile development with Flutter and native (Swift/iOS and Kotlin/Android).
- Strong knowledge of mobile architecture and best practices.
- Familiarity with Firebase and Google Cloud.
- Experience working in an agile environment, with a solid understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle.
- Good communication skills in English (Dutch is a bonus, not required).
Core Responsibilities
You will build high-performance, scalable mobile applications using Flutter and native technologies while collaborating with designers and back-end teams. You will also take full ownership of features from architecture through to release and contribute to shaping the project backlog.
Requirements
The role requires proven experience in mobile development with Flutter and native platforms like Swift and Kotlin. Candidates must have strong knowledge of mobile architecture, familiarity with Firebase and Google Cloud, and experience working in an agile environment.
