About the role
The Operations Team Member plays a key role in executing daily production and facility tasks, ensuring seamless operations, high-quality standards, and safe maintenance across all printing, finishing, and logistics activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform screen and digital printing, inspecting, converting, weeding, plotting, and packing of digitally printed rolls and emblems.
- Cut HTL sheets using a motion cutter, while assisting with incoming goods inspections and quality control on printing lines.
- Support ink mixing or screen exposing operations, and assist the shipping department as needed.
- Perform regular maintenance tasks and minor technical repairs on the building, grounds, equipment, and installations.
- Accurately report all maintenance activities to maintain operational safety and reliability.
Qualifications
Required:
- Fluency in Dutch and/or English (spoken and written).
- Demonstrated technical mindset with strong solution-oriented problem-solving skills.
Skills you need to succeed:
- Familiarity and comfort working with PMS and RAL color systems.
- Ability to work cleanly, carefully, maintain an overview, and stay stress-resistant under pressure.
- Strong team spirit and a great sense of humor.
