Bij Ultimo zoeken we een Junior Financial Controller die impact wil maken binnen een snelgroeiende internationale softwareorganisatie. Je krijgt de kans om ervaring op te doen met reporting, audits, compliance, treasury en financiële processen binnen meerdere landen en entiteiten.
Wat ga je doen?
- Ondersteunen bij maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen
- Opstellen van balansspecificaties en financiële analyses
- Ondersteunen van externe audits
- Voorbereiden van audit- en compliance documentatie
- Uitvoeren van intercompany afstemmingen
- Ondersteunen bij treasury- en betalingsprocessen
- Signaleren en doorvoeren van procesverbeteringen
- Meewerken aan automatisering en AI-initiatieven binnen Finance
Wie zoeken wij?
- HBO opleiding in Finance, Accountancy, Bedrijfseconomie of vergelijkbaar
- 1-5 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen:
- Audit
- Accountancy
- Financial Accounting
- Controlling
- Sterke analytische vaardigheden
- Nauwkeurig en gestructureerd
- Goede Excel-vaardigheden
- Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal

Core Responsibilities
The Junior Financial Controller will support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings while preparing financial analyses and audit documentation. Additionally, the role involves executing intercompany reconciliations, treasury processes, and contributing to finance automation and AI initiatives.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, or Business Economics and possess 1-5 years of relevant experience in audit or financial accounting. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and a good command of the English language are required.
