€60,000 - €80,000 per year
Key Skills
Job Description
Manage and grow relationships with a defined set of strategic sellers. You're accountable for their activation, satisfaction, and long-term GMV trajectory on Qogita. Escalation stops with you.
Team Coordination & Development
Coordinate a team of Account Managers -set priorities, share context, coach on analytical rigour, and hold the team accountable to KPIs. You lead by example: how you run your accounts sets the bar.
Performance & Commercial Analysis
Monitor seller KPIs across your portfolio and your team's. Identify underperformance early, lead data-driven conversations with sellers, and implement corrective strategies. You synthesise performance into clear narratives for leadership and push your team to do the same.
Non-Eu Portfolio Management
Own the commercial and operational development of Qogita's International Portfolio of suppliers - working with distributors and wholesalers to turn an emerging supply line into a reliable, scaled GMV driver within the EU market.
Cross-Functional Commercial Projects
Take ownership of initiatives spanning Supply, Commercial, Operations, and Product. This could include marketplace tooling rollouts, seller onboarding redesigns, pricing strategy, or fulfilment improvement projects. You drive these to completion - not just to alignment.
Process & Automation
Own adoption of seller-facing automation tools within your portfolio. Build repeatable workflows for your team. Partner with Product to make the case for platform improvements grounded in seller feedback and data.
Feedback & Influence
Synthesise seller insights into actionable product and process recommendations. You're the voice of supply in cross-functional forums - expected to come with data and a clear recommendation.

- Strong analytical skills and confidence using BI tools such as Looker, Lightdash, or Metabase to identify issues, set priorities, and measure results.
