Be the true you 10+ years’ relevant consulting or industry experience delivering Finance, FP&A, or EPM transformations, with increasing responsibility for outcomes, teams, and budgets. Significant experience with one or multiple EPM platforms such as Oracle EPM Cloud, Anaplan, etc. with deep understanding of modelling standards, data structures, and performance considerations. Demonstrated end-to-end delivery experience across solution architecture, prototyping, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilisation for enterprise planning or consolidation programmes. 4+ years of experience leading cross-functional delivery teams and managing complex, multi-workstream programmes. Proven experience coaching and developing high-performing teams and contributing to practice capability growth. Strong commercial acumen—able to shape propositions, respond to RFPs/RFIs, scope work, and contribute to pricing strategies. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills, including executive-level engagement. Certifications in relevant EPM technologies or architecture frameworks are advantageous; commitment to continuous learning is essential. What impact will you make? We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager with deep expertise within Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) processes to lead the design, delivery, and continuous evolution of enterprise-scale planning, consolidation, reporting, and performance-management solutions. You will work closely with senior finance and business stakeholders to translate strategic ambitions into robust EPM solutions that enhance forecasting accuracy, accelerate the close process, improve financial clarity, and enable data-driven decision-making. In this role, you will oversee multidisciplinary delivery teams, shape solution roadmaps, and ensure strong modelling standards, governance, and data integrity across the entire project lifecycle. You will guide clients through operating model design, process re-engineering, platform selection, and the adoption of modern, integrated EPM capabilities. Beyond delivery, you will drive commercial activity - shaping proposals, leading client conversations, and helping develop Deloitte’s broader EPM capability across the region. How do you do this? Acting as the primary partner for senior and executive stakeholders, the role involves leading workshops, shaping strategic discussions, and aligning business objectives with a clear, actionable EPM roadmap. Designing scalable, end-to-end EPM solutions is a core responsibility, bringing together planning, consolidation, reporting, and analytics capabilities across multiple platforms and business functions. Strategic ambitions are translated into detailed business and functional requirements, supported by well-defined future-state processes, modelling standards, and scenario-planning frameworks. Robust data integration and governance are established by shaping ETL/ELT architectures, defining validation and quality controls, and partnering closely with IT to ensure secure, reliable data flows across the enterprise. Testing cycles, release management, and cutover activities are overseen with a focus on smooth go-lives, operational readiness, and sustainable long-term platform performance. Performance issues are diagnosed proactively, with optimisation of models, workflows, and processes to help clients achieve best-practice operations and continuous improvement. Leadership extends to mentoring multidisciplinary delivery teams, facilitating training and enablement, and contributing to recruitment and capability building within the wider EPM community. Commercial growth is supported by shaping compelling propositions, leading demos and client conversations, contributing to pricing approaches, and fostering senior relationships that generate follow-on work. Strong governance is ensured through the development and maintenance of high-quality documentation, modelling standards, controls, and operating procedures that safeguard long-term sustainability. Innovation plays a key role, with ongoing exploration of emerging EPM and digital-finance trends, the creation of reusable assets, and a commitment to elevating delivery quality across the practice.
