For the position of Consultant Digital Planning Transformation you should also have: a master’s degree, preferably in Data Analytics, Data Science, Cognitive Computing, Business Intelligence, Business Administration, Business Economics, Finance or Econometrics spent time on extracurricular activities such as student associations, boards, commissions, volunteering programs, sports associations or gained experience from internships; a minimum of 3-4 years professional work experience in a relevant field of expertise; a self-motivated and curious personality that wants to take initiative and ownership; an interest in working in an international and diverse team; excellent command of written and spoken English and Dutch; a strong interest in digital trends and working with new technologies. From strategy articulation and process design to technology enablement, we work together with our clients to transform planning, simplify the complex and create tangible value. How do you do this? You will be responsible for: successfully designing and delivering Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting solutions (key partners are Anaplan, Oracle EPM and OneStream) for our most strategic clients; identifying client requirements, processes and business drivers through (virtual) workshops supported by advising from our global best practices; advising on the various solutions available to meet the client’s needs and the relative advantages and disadvantages of those solutions; owning deliverables as part of a larger project team; performing practice development including contributing to client bids, thought leadership publications, industry events, supporting the delivery of training or managing team communications; working effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognized for their contribution.
Core Responsibilities
Design and deliver Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting solutions using tools like Anaplan, Oracle EPM, and OneStream for strategic clients. Identify client requirements through workshops and contribute to practice development and thought leadership.
Requirements
Requires a master's degree in a quantitative or business field and 3-4 years of professional experience in a relevant area. Candidates must be fluent in English and Dutch with a strong interest in digital trends and new technologies.
