Position Overview We are looking for a motivated Senior Affiliate Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team at AMPC. The ideal candidate should have experience in digital marketing, campaign management, and performance analysis. In this role, you will help develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to optimize and grow our clients' activities. Key Responsibilities Develop and Execute Affiliate Strategies: Design, implement, and manage innovative affiliate marketing campaigns that align with company objectives. Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners to expand our network and enhance brand visibility. Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with affiliate partners, acting as a strategic advisor and point of contact. Provide support and guidance to affiliates to optimize their performance and drive mutual growth. Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on affiliate performance, delivering actionable insights and recommendations. Utilize data-driven strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness, including A/B testing and conversion rate analysis. Campaign Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align affiliate marketing efforts with broader business goals. Implement cutting-edge techniques to maximize campaign efficiency and effectiveness, staying ahead of industry trends. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Experience: 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or a related digital marketing role. Proven track record of successful affiliate marketing campaigns and effective partner management. Skills: Understanding of affiliate marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Awin, CJ, Impact Radius, Partnerize, Rakuten). Analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions. Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and Excel for data analysis. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and keen attention to detail.
