Your Responsibilities As a Bike Courier In The Hague Parcel preparation:You start your shift at the DHL Express location, where you sort, check and load parcels onto your bike so every delivery is complete and ready to go. Route planning:You plan and adjust your bike route through Den Haag, using your knowledge of the city and traffic to deliver as efficiently and safely as possible. Customer service:You ring the bell with a smile, hand over parcels, answer simple questions and make sure each customer feels helped and informed. Safe handling and transport:You handle parcels with care, secure them properly on your bike and follow all traffic and safety rules to protect yourself, others and the shipments. Teamwork and communication:You stay in touch with your colleagues and coordinator about progress, delays or changes, so the whole team can keep the delivery process running smoothly. Core Responsibilities

The bike courier is responsible for sorting, checking, and loading parcels for efficient delivery throughout The Hague. They must manage their own routes while providing friendly customer service and ensuring the safe transport of shipments.

Requirements

Candidates should be physically fit, live in or near The Hague city center, and possess a practical mindset. Proficiency in Dutch or English and availability for at least three weekdays between 10:00 and 18:00 are required.
