Mission As an HR Administrator, you will provide efficient and high-quality HR operational support to employees and business teams in the Netherlands. You will support the smooth execution of employee lifecycle processes through accurate HR data management, compliant HR administration, and responsive employee service. In this new role, you will support the company’s continued growth in the Netherlands while helping ensure that HR activities comply with Dutch employment legislation, applicable CAO (Collective Labour Agreement) requirements, and internal company policies. Responsibilities: Support the administration of employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, internal transfers, and offboarding, ensuring timely and accurate execution in line with Dutch employment legislation, applicable CAO requirements, and internal company policies. Support recruitment activities, including interview scheduling, meeting coordination, candidate communication, and recruitment administration. Input, update, and maintain employee data in Workday and SharePoint, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance. Support the collection, consolidation, and maintenance of employee insurance and benefits-related information, and coordinate with internal teams and external providers. Provide day-to-day HR administrative support to employees, responding to routine queries related to employment contracts, benefits, leave, and HR procedures. Support the administration and maintenance of annual leave, sick leave, and other absence records, ensuring that required documentation and follow-up actions are completed accurately and in line with Dutch regulations and company policies. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation and support the preparation of HR reports and data. Support HR process improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and employee experience. Perform other HR administrative tasks as assigned by the Country HR Manager. Requirements: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 1–2 years of relevant local HR experience in the Netherlands, preferably in HR Services or HR Operations, is required. Basic knowledge of Dutch employment legislation and HR practices is required Experience in employee support and HR service delivery. Experience with HR systems; Workday experience is an advantage. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required, as English is the working language. Spanish (B1 level or above) is also required to provide HR service support to Spanish-speaking operators. Candidates must already be based in the Netherlands and have valid work authorization. This position does not provide work permit sponsorship and relocation support. Employment Details: Full-time or part-time positions are available, with either 38 or 32 hours per week considered. The role requires on-site work. Contract: Initial 7-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension depending on performance and business needs. Location: Effect 6B, 6921 RV Duiven, Gelderland, the Netherlands. Candidates should be based within a reasonable commuting distance of the Duiven office or be willing to relocate to the area before starting employment. Relocation support is not provided. Requirements
Requires 1-2 years of local HR experience in the Netherlands and fluency in both English and Spanish. A degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is preferred.
