Help Deliver Exceptional Customer Service We're looking for a Customer Logistics Representative to join our Supply Chain team in Roosendaal. In this role, you'll be the key link between customers, warehouse operations, transportation providers, and business partners, helping ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time. What You'll Do Coordinate daily logistics and order fulfillment activities. Monitor shipments and resolve service issues. Manage customer complaints and service exceptions. Analyze operational data and identify improvement opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence . What You'll Bring A bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, operations, or related discipline 0-2 years of relevant experience in customer logistics, order management, distribution, transportation, supply chain operations, or a closely related environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. SAP or ERP experience is a plus.
