Job Description

Growth Marketer (36- or 40 hours) Every company that works with other companies loses context at the boundary. Decisions die in WhatsApp threads, onboarding restarts from zero, the AI on each side only sees half the picture. Partnify is the external collaboration infrastructure that fixes this: one shared layer between organizations. The honest consequence: our market is enormous, because any company that collaborates externally is a potential customer. Now we're hiring the person who builds the machine that finds our customers. The role in one line You own Partnify's growth engine end to end and you build it with your own hands. You pick up the problem, you solve it, you stand behind the result. How we work We're still starting, and we act like it. Speed of execution is a feature: 80% done is ready to test. We'd rather learn from a live experiment this week than polish a plan for next month. No bureaucracy, no politics, no waiting for permission: autonomy here is not a perk, it's what makes a team of grown-ups possible. Everything is open by default. What you learn, you share, including the failures. We measure impact, not working-hours. And nobody at Partnify manages from a distance: every role, from the CEO down, is hands-on. This one especially. Who we sell to Three kinds of company, and each one feels collaboration break in a different place. · Services-driven companies. Agencies in advertising, IT and consultancy, where every single client is a collaboration that has to be run, and where onboarding a new one starts from zero every time. · Partner-driven companies with large B2B partner programmes. They work 15% of their partners to generate 85% of their revenue. The untapped growth is inside the collaborations they already have, not in the new ones they keep chasing. This group sits closest to the pain we solve every day. · Business ecosystems, hubs and communities. Hundreds of members each. We help them run the membership, and the members who see the value become our customers in turn. What you'll build, in order Two channels already produce and you inherit them. Everything after that you prove or kill, in this order, and you tell us out loud when we are wrong. First, from day one: the two channels that already work. Meta has historically been our main source of leads and relaunches now with two new campaign themes. Outbound runs alongside it. Both are live, both produce today, and your first job is not to break them while you learn them. Then make them better than we could: cost per euro of pipeline, by channel, reported every week. Second, also from day one: the signal layer. All three of our customer types announce their own pain in public. An agency that just won a retainer or is hiring account and project managers. A company that just launched or expanded a partner programme, or posted for a partner manager. A hub that just added members or ran a member survey. You build the machine that catches those moments and turns them into a conversation: outreach that goes out because something happened at that account, not because it was next on a send calendar. Enrichment and routing already run on Zapier, Claude and HubSpot. You inherit that, and we expect you to make it materially better on the strength of what you have already built elsewhere, not to start from a blank page. Third, from week four: the new paid surfaces. LinkedIn on matched audiences you enrich yourself. Google when intent justifies it. AI-generated video creative, tested at volume. Each one gets a kill threshold you set before the test starts, not after you see the result. Fourth, from month two: content and AI search. The buyer's real questions answered in public: pricing, comparisons, honest fit and no-fit. A founder-content engine you orchestrate, where the founders write when you tell them to. Structured so ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity cite us, including a flagship 'State of Partnerships' benchmark. Then, if the first four prove out: the ecosystem loop. This is the highest-leverage channel we have and it is deliberately last. Every one of our three customer types is itself a distribution network: an agency has its clients, a partner-driven company has hundreds of partners, a hub has hundreds of members. Affiliate and partner mechanics, referral loops, invite mechanics. It only works once the first four have told us which accounts to build it with, so we are not guessing at scale. Anything you discover. If you can name the mechanic, the metric and the kill threshold before you start, you can test it. That is the whole gate. Not in this role: brand and comms, event logistics, sales execution, and building the product. If it needs an engineer, we get you an engineer. What you'll own beyond channels · The growth stack we have: HubSpot as source of truth, Claude and Zapier running enrichment, plus attribution and routing. You own all of it, with no engineer between you and your tools. · The stack we don't have yet: we expect you to bring technology we are not using. AI-native lead generation moves monthly, and staying at the front of it is part of this job, not a side project. Test fast, kill fast, and tell us what you learned either way. · The measurement system: pipeline created per channel, every week, with kill/scale thresholds you commit to before the test. Honest numbers, shared openly, including the experiments that die. Where this goes This is an individual contributor role today, by design. We're still starting, and the machine gets built before it gets managed. As the channels you build prove out, the role can grow into a managerial position and a growth team can grow around it. That trajectory is real, and it's earned by results, like everything here. Who thrives here · 4+ years running growth at a startup where you were (most of) the function, and you can explain every result mechanism by mechanism. · A builder: you've created at least one system that produced a pipeline without daily babysitting. Tell us what it triggered and what it cost. · Fluent in the stack: HubSpot, Zapier or equivalent, and LLMs as a working tool rather than a demo. Enough API and data literacy to not need permission, and real workflows you can show us on your screen. · Dutch native with perfect English. French (or another third language) is a strong plus. You are LinkedIn-native and you write convincingly in the languages you claim. · You ship at 80% and iterate in the open. You'd rather test three sharp ideas this month than perfect one deck. · Call yourself a growth marketer, growth engineer or GTM engineer: what matters is what you've built. What we offer · Base Salary between €50-70k (+15% bonus) OTE: 57k-80k · Travel allowance or public transport pass · Company laptop and well-equipped workplace · Possibility of hybrid working · 25 vacation days and leave on many public holidays How to apply Send your CV and a cover letter (in Dutch and English) to [email protected].
