We produce using robotized production line and fully automated warehouse. Currently, we are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team in Vianen (the Netherlands): As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you are responsible for planning and ensuring the timely and cost-effective supply of Automotive OEM components and Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) materials to support uninterrupted production and operational activities. You will coordinate purchasing activities, monitor supplier performance, manage inventory levels, and oversee material planning and logistics to ensure the right materials are available at the right time. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers to support production schedules, minimize supply chain risks, and drive continuous operational efficiency in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Your responsibilities: Ensure the timely procurement and supply of Automotive OEM components and production materials to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations. Proactively manage supplier performance, expedite deliveries, and mitigate supply chain risks to maintain production continuity. Sourcing and procurement of MRO materials, equipment, tooling, PPE, and facility-related supplies to support business operations. Collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering, Production, and Facilities teams to ensure the continuous availability of materials and services while minimizing operational disruptions. Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to achieve quality, cost, and on-time delivery targets. Monitor supplier performance, resolve performance issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinate inbound logistics activities to ensure an efficient and uninterrupted flow of materials to support production. Support inventory optimization initiatives to improve inventory accuracy, reduce excess stock, and optimize working capital. Your profile: Skills & experience: Completed Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Business Administration. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a supply chain planning or materials planning. Experience within an Automotive OEM or manufacturing environment is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of procurement, material planning, inventory control, and supplier management. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Fluent in both Dutch and English, written and spoken. Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration with at least 5 years of experience in supply chain or materials planning. Fluency in both Dutch and English and advanced Excel skills are essential.
