We’re seeking an energetic STORE MANAGER with an innovative mindset and a passion for crafting exceptional customer experiences. Your role ● Lead the team and represent the Meller brand, ensuring every customer enjoys a unique in-store experience. ● Set clear goals, foster a sense of shared ownership, and keep the team focused on results and continuous improvement. ● Oversee daily operations, from inventory to visual standards, ensuring smooth store functionality (POS, deliveries, replenishment, maintenance). ● Monitor stock levels, make adjustments as needed, execute promotions flawlessly, and bring proactive ideas to help the brand evolve. What we’re looking for ● Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership role with team management. ● Strategic and analytical mindset to make data-driven decisions using KPIs, sales reports, and Microsoft Excel. ● Energetic, growth-oriented attitude, passion for fashion, and a team player who shares our ambitious vision. ● High level of English, comfortable with international customers; other languages are a plus. Requirements
Requires a minimum of 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership role. Candidates must possess an analytical mindset for KPI tracking and a high level of English proficiency.
