The team is arranged into investment areas including Commercial & Connectivity, Retail, Supply Chain & Manufacturing, Product Development – and many others. About The Role Business analysts identify, define and document business processes and software requirements to be developed as software. They are the liaison between business and IT teams, facilitating communication and determining business needs. The Senior Business Analysts will therefore have the following responsibilities: Business Analysis Plan, approach and deliver analysis activities with clearly defined outcomes, including: Conducting interviews and workshops with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements Breaking down complex business problems into manageable components (e.g., Epics, User Stories, Business Requirements, Non-functional requirements) Develop process maps and business models to enhance clarity and efficiency Support the full project lifecycle with any development, testing or business change needs Continuously review and assess the project delivery to ensure it will meet business requirements Act as an internal consultant to stakeholders Assist in the preparation of business cases Plan and execute the analysis approach for projects as required Training & User Adoption Develop training materials, user guides, and process documentation to support end-user adoption Conduct training sessions and workshops to familiarise users with new processes, workflows, and system functionality. Serve as a point of contact for post-go-live support, addressing user queries and identifying opportunities for system enhancements Continuous Improvement & Ways of Working Be an advocate for evolving standards and practices around ways of working Drive continuous improvement within scrum or project teams through active participation in all ceremonies and meetings Balance and prioritise workload, escalating conflicting demands where necessary Contribute to risk management through raising, reviewing, monitoring and supporting their mitigation Leadership Provide support to Business Analysts on the projects that you are working on Ensure consistency and quality in the teams’ output Collaborate with other team leads to prioritise the teams’ workload Conduct 1:1s with direct reports on a regular basis Support and aid your direct reports professional development Active engagement within the BA community, acting as a role model to Interns, Graduates, Associates, BAs and peers About You Education & Experience Years (>4) of proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, and within the Customer Relationship Management Service or wider eCommerce domain would be an advantage Exposure to Commercial platforms such as Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, AEM, SAP Hybris would be a plus Experience in the execution of an implementation methodology including Waterfall, Agile and Scrum practices Demonstrated experience in analysis planning, requirements gathering and process analysis Relevant professional qualifications are desirable, including either BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis or IIBA Level 3 Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Communication & Interpersonal Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Proven ability to build and maintain positive stakeholder relationships, as well as challenge and influence at all levels Strong time management and prioritization skills Detail-oriented and self-motivated, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work and ability to deliver under pressure Benefits Discount on Dyson products Company Pension scheme 29 days annual holiday plan Company Fitness plan EAP (Employee Assistance Programme) Life Assurance Plan Transportation allowance (0,23€/km regardless of the means of transport) Health Insurance – Medical Contribution Eye Examination & Computer Glasses Reimbursement * Please note: New employees to Dyson in The Netherlands commence employment on a 12-month, fixed-term basis* Dyson is an equal opportunity employer. Core Responsibilities

The Senior Business Analyst acts as a liaison between business and IT teams to define and document software requirements and business processes. They are responsible for leading analysis activities, developing training materials, and providing leadership and mentorship to other Business Analysts.

Requirements

Candidates need over 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within CRM or eCommerce domains, and familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies. Professional certifications like CBAP or BCS International Diploma are desired.
