As an IT Project Lead, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering the technology initiatives that support our global operations. Working closely with business stakeholders, technical specialists and external partners, you will lead complex IT projects from concept to implementation, ensuring that solutions deliver real business value while supporting our continued growth and digital transformation. Your role The IT Project Lead is responsible for leading the successful delivery of IT projects that enable business objectives and support the organization's digital transformation ambitions. This role provides direction, coordination, and governance throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with agreed scope, quality standards, and business expectations. As IT Project Lead, you play a key role in delivering technology initiatives that support business objectives and drive digital transformation across Allseas. You act as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring projects are delivered successfully, create measurable value, and align with organisational priorities. In This Role, You Will Project Governance & Planning: Define project scope, objectives, governance structures, budgets, timelines, and delivery plans to ensure successful project execution and compliance with organisational standards; Project Delivery & Execution: Lead end-to-end project delivery, coordinating resources, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget; Stakeholder & Change Management: Build strong relationships with business and IT stakeholders, manage expectations, and support communication and change activities that drive successful adoption; Risk, Dependency & Resource Management: Proactively manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and resource requirements to keep projects on track and minimise delivery challenges; Continuous Improvement & Project Enablement: Promote best practices, improve project delivery methodologies, and support the adoption of modern ways of working, including Agile and DevOps. What we expect from you A BSc or MSc degree in a relevant field; At least 6 years of relevant experience delivering IT projects in a complex, cross-functional environment; Experience with Agile, DevOps or hybrid delivery methods is an advantage. A good command of English, both written and spoken. A solid understanding of project governance, planning, budgeting, risk management and stakeholder management. Strong organisational and analytical skills; Clear, confident and empathetic communication skills; A proactive, collaborative and accountable mindset.
