DTC DACH Amsterdam Remote, hybrid or on-site Build and own the growth engine behind a brand our customers love. Cozy Heaven’s core product is lyocell bedding. As we expand our range and grow across Germany, Austria and Switzerland, we’re looking for a hands-on Growth Lead to take responsibility for profitable growth. Your central measure is LTGP:CAC: customer lifetime gross profit relative to acquisition cost. You’ll improve that ratio while growing total contribution and keeping acquisition payback healthy. What you’ll do Own performance: set the growth plan, allocate the agreed budget and deliver measurable results. Lead acquisition: connect paid social, search, influencers, affiliates and organic content through strong creative, offers and consistent testing. Grow customer value: improve conversion, retention and repeat purchases through pricing, bundles, lifecycle campaigns and product launches. Build your team: bring together specialists, agencies and AI. Set clear accountability and execute yourself where needed. Make informed decisions: work with finance and operations to connect customer economics, marketing performance and stock availability. You bring deep advertising expertise and a proven record of growing a DTC business in DACH. Alongside paid media, you have practical experience with influencer, affiliate and organic marketing. You understand the full customer journey, from the first ad to repeat purchases, and can show how your decisions improved customer profitability. You’re comfortable working with Shopify, advertising platforms and tools such as Klaviyo and Klar. You take initiative, build capable teams and follow through. You stay close to execution and take responsibility when results fall short. Professional fluency in German and English is required.
Core Responsibilities
Lead the growth engine for Cozy Heaven by managing performance marketing, acquisition channels, and customer value optimization. Responsible for improving the LTGP:CAC ratio and scaling the brand across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Requirements
Requires deep advertising expertise and a proven track record of growing DTC businesses in the DACH region. Professional fluency in both German and English is mandatory, along with proficiency in Shopify and marketing automation tools.
