About the Role As HRIS Lead, you will play a key role in shaping and supporting our global HR technology landscape. You will lead HR system initiatives, translate business needs into practical system solutions, and partner with HR, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to improve the employee and manager experience across core HR processes. Key responsibilities Lead HRIS implementation projects and improvement initiatives across key SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Reporting, Compensation, Succession, and Goals and Performance. Translate business requirements into clear functional designs and system configuration that support efficient HR processes. Provide functional system support, troubleshoot end-user issues, coordinate remediation, and manage escalations where needed. Partner with HR teams to create and maintain daily, monthly, and quarterly reports for stakeholders. Identify recurring system issues, respond to user questions, and recommend sustainable solutions. Respond to and prioritize HR technology support requests in a timely and service-oriented manner. Monitor and maintain HRIS processes, procedures, and support documentation to ensure they remain accurate and easy to use. Collaborate with vendors and implementation partners to complete projects, resolve issues, and understand system upgrades and enhancements. Collaborate with IT and other departments to align HRIS solutions with business needs and technical requirements. Desired skills and experience Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, or related field 6–8 years of IT and HR Systems experience Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is must, ideally across Employee Central, Recruiting, Reporting, Succession, Compensation, and Goals and Performance. Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel capability, and the ability to structure complex HRIS topics into clear actions and recommendations. Experience implementing HR systems and driving continuous process improvement after go-live. Strong problem-solving and project management skills, with the ability to manage priorities, stakeholders, and timelines in a dynamic environment. Ability to handle highly confidential employee and business information with discretion and care. Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently, take ownership, research solutions, and follow through on tasks from analysis to completion. Experience partnering with integration teams or external partners to resolve issues and implement system changes. This role is suited to someone who enjoys combining HR process knowledge, technology expertise, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver reliable and user-friendly HR systems.

Requirements
