Your role in the journey As a Duty Manager your role is crucial in ensuring positive guest experiences by resolving concerns and complaints promptly and professionally. Within this role your main responsibilities are; Coordinating the overall hotel operation during the shift. Develop and implement creative solutions to areas of improvement. Maintain constant communication with other departments. Resolving operational issues, bottlenecks, and incidents. Coordinating between the Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering, and Security departments. Ensuring quality standards, safety, and compliance with hotel procedures. Responsible for daily operations when the Management Team is absent in the hotel. What you'll bring Experience as a Duty Manager/Shift leader at the Front Office is a plus. A natural “drive” to get to know people and to exceed expectations. Problem-solving and conflict resolution expertise. Guest-oriented, affinity with planning and organizing and eye for details. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in the English language, Dutch is a plus. Requirements
Candidates should have experience as a Duty Manager or Shift Leader in a Front Office environment and possess strong problem-solving skills. Proficiency in English is required, with a flexible schedule to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
