Your Next Challenge Starts Here As Digital Channel Manager (Kiosk), you’ll be part of the Digital Team at KFC – playing a key role in shaping our digital future. You’re the driving force behind the commercial performance and continuous optimization of the in-store self-service kiosk channel. You’re quick to learn, thrive on curiosity, and know how to turn customer and performance data into clear actions. What You’ll Be Doing: Own one of KFC’s key digital sales channels and become the main point of contact for kiosk. You’ll monitor and improve kiosk adoption, sales, conversion and average guest check Create a simple, fast and intuitive customer journey while ensuring operational ease for our restaurant team members Define business requirements, coordinate testing and support the implementation of kiosk improvements in collaboration with the regional product team, IT, Operations and technology partners Identify performance opportunities by monitoring dashboards and working closely with Commercial Finance to translate insights into clear actions Drive conversion improvements through A/B testing, customer behavior analysis and continuous optimization of the kiosk journey and merchandising Ensure campaigns, products and value offers are presented effectively and launched correctly on kiosk, optimizing menu structure, product visibility, upsell and cross-sell opportunities Track platform issues and work with IT and technology partners to resolve them Partner closely with Operations to improve kiosk adoption and restaurant execution, and collaborate with Digital, Brand, Innovation, IT, Commercial and external partners About KFC Netherlands Kentucky Fried Chicken, the American fried chicken restaurant chain, has been operating in the Netherlands since 1972. The country is now home to 96 KFC restaurants. Every day, KFC chefs freshly prepare both chicken and vegetarian options, still using the original 1939 recipe created by founder Colonel Harland Sanders. What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree (HBO/WO) in Marketing, Business, Digital Commerce or a related field is preferred, with 3–5+ years of experience managing or optimizing a digital customer channel Strong data and analytics experience, including monitoring performance dashboards, translating data into insights and actions, and working with A/B testing Experience improving customer journeys, digital interfaces and merchandising Strong cross-functional project leadership skills and the ability to influence without direct authority Structured, proactive and hands-on, with a pragmatic and collaborative approach Curious and comfortable testing, learning and continuously improving performance Restaurant, retail or QSR experience is preferred Professional command of both Dutch and English, written and spoken What We Offer: Join us and make a real impact in an international, fast-paced, and growing environment.
